"To provide home improvements for your enjoyment, safety and comfort, while adding value to your home" is our mission statement.

How do we do that?

We have developed long term relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers. Why is this important? It means that we get quality products from well-established companies. It also means that in the rare instance that a service call is needed, we are able to take care of it without the hassles that sometimes occur.

However, the most important part of fulfilling our mission statement is our people. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. During a recent period our customer satisfaction rating was 9.7 on a scale of 10. (Hey, were not perfect, but we're trying.)

What have we done?

We have installed hundreds of projects since we began in 1991. These include decks, sunrooms, windows, doors, self-cleaning gutters and more.

When the State of Ohio wanted to tear down, rebuild and expand the deck at the Malabar Inn they called on us. But mostly we have built projects for homeowners.
